NapaStyle Corporate office based in Napa is seeking the following position:
MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR
OVERVIEW:
Manage department data: Assist all buyers by maintaining seasonal line plans with accurate pricing and product information.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
· Track incoming samples and coordinate with catalog creative on photo shoots
· Data entry Product Information Sheets, setting up new merchandise and component SKUs in system
· Set up new vendors in system and maintain integrity of master file with all changes – pack size, cost, retail, etc
· Ensure submission of Vendor Manuals and signed acknowledgements
· Prepare excel spreadsheets for analyses as directed
· Communicate with vendors as needed on samples, orders in process, product information, etc.
· Train Customer Service staff on product knowledge to insure quality information for our customers
· Assist in proofing catalog and web information on all items
· Entry level position – prefer 2 years industry experience, BA in business or related field
· Requires lifting, packing and good organization of product storage
· Desires career path to buyer position
