This is an extremely private location on 2+ acres.
Approx. 2 football fields away from the beach with private entrances to and from. 180 degrees of whitewater views at a 45 foot elevation. The view is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, SPECTACULAR, INCREDIBLE, AND BREATH TAKING!!!!!
The house is 7 years old, 3200 sq. feet (not a condo or town home or apartment or flat or tent or cabin or a trailer on blocks) This is a superbly built and solid house that sleeps 14 in 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 baths, is fully fenced and gated with Mckerricher State Park as your backyard and Cleone Lake as your fishing area!
A backup generator and solar panels provide the back up to PGE...there is always power at this house, even if there are power outages in the area!
There’s a functioning 5 year old - eight person hot tub, YES, outside pets are allowed. THERE ARE NO NEIGHBORS! Privacy galore and relaxation guaranteed. Horse back riding nearby. Ocean excursions and chartered fishing available.

It’s the Cedar toned house in the center of the picture, towards the top. Not the one at the very top but the one inbetween, just to the left (North) of the greenery. You can see the hot tub to the bottom left of the house if you were to click on the picture and allow it to load (it’s a huge file)

And that’s not a road between it and the beach, that’s a 10 foot wide bike path that’s rarely used. See all of the different ways you can get to the beach from the house and all of that open land is McKerricher State Park. You will never run into another person during one of your nature walks. It’s just too far out of the way for the public to get to and enjoy – but close enough for you. Yes, it truly is an amazing place – ask anyone that’s been there. BUT -
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT NOW BEFORE THE BEST DATES ARE GONE!!!!!!
