What are the Requirements to Become a Donor with PRS?
You must be between the ages of 21 – 39
Be a minimum of 5’7” in Height
Able to make at least weekly visits to our office
Able to make a One-Year Commitment
Be in good health and not at risk for sexually transmitted diseases
Able to provide information about your family’s medical history
High School Diploma required
College Degree preferred

What Are My Rights And Responsibilities As A Donor?
By California law, sperm donors are considered not the natural father of any offspring born from their sperm, and therefore, have no legal obligations or responsibilities to them.
