Women and men please join Cida Vieira for a fun, restorative, and healing samba dance class/workout that allows your own rhythm to be revealed. She teaches the dance as she learned growing up in Brazil, where connecting with one's own body and having fun with the movement is more important than the technical aspects of traditional dance classes.
So come on! Be, share, create, and spread a good vibe with one another in a supportive and safe environment in which all participants (age 15 and up), of all genders, cultures, body types, and dance levels are welcomed and honored.

Fee: 10,00 per class and 35,00 for 4 classes in one month
Born and raised at the heart of the dance circles of Brazil, Cida has choreographed and performed in the US, South America and Europe, with several different dance groups and performing artists including Xuxa, Ray Charles, Daniela Mercury, Jayson Fann , and Airto Moreira.
Currently, Cida is on the Movement Program Staff at Esalen, where her infectious enthusiasm and samba dance rhythms make it easy and accessible for everyone to join in.
