My husband desperately purchased this at Baby World for $279. He thought I needed it but it didn't help. Tried using it for a couple of days before giving up and boxing it. It also comes with additional 2 different breastshield sizes. We were desperate to didn't know what we were buying and thought I needed bigger sizes.
