Hi,
My name is Zuwena Muhammad. I am a 1st degree black belt in the art of Blossom Fist (a unique derivative of the Kajukenbo systen of Martial Arts).
It combines Martial Arts from both the Chinese and Japanese styles, including Kung Fu, Karate, Judo, and Kenpo. It is also designed to include various techniques from the art of Capoeira.
I am available for classes and workshops in self-defense and Martial Arts aeorobics. My speciality is working with children, as I am a former kindergarten/HS teacher. However I have also instructed classes for women in self defense. I am available to come to your facility for classes or private lessons. I live and work in Oakland, but I am available to travel to neighboring areas.
My rates are flexible for churches and non-profits, but the base price is:
Adults - $60 per class of 10 students ($6 per student)
Children - $80 per class of 10 students ($8 per student)
*Children are wonderful but take a little more time and effort!
Classes are for 1 hour. I am available during the week in the afternoons,
early evenings on Mon. and Wed. and after 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
