Project Coordinator for Real Estate Broker:
A top real estate broker looking to hire a Marketing /Project coordinator for my real estate team.
I have been in the business for seven years, and my annual production volume is averaging around $20 million a year.
My goal is to double this production, and so far I'm on track to accomplish it.
I'm looking for an exceptional person to work along with me to provide support and help grow the business.
This person will eventually become a "right hand" person who will manage the entire team. I will provide all the training for the right candidate, including obtaining real estate license.
I will also help grow this person to higher levels including Operations Manager, or to work as a Realtor.
This is also an ideal position for any real estate agents who want to minimize the risks of being on their own, and instead, work as part of a team.
Some of the responsibilities include:
1. Implement and manage various marketing projects and campaigns, include direct mailing, bill boards, shopping carts, etc.
2. Service buyers and sellers including performing market analysis, buyer tour, order inspections, escrow co-ordinations, resolve issue with vendors, etc.
3. Handle all other aspects of the business such as finance tracking, growing the team, etc.
This is a very challenging position with excellent room for growth. It requires being pro-active, and good problem solving skills.
