KORET, a Kellwood company and well-known Bay Area apparel manufacturer, has an excellent opportunity available in downtown Oakland for a highly organized marketing professional with strong written communication skills. Your wide range of responsibilities will be to manage marketing and corporate communications projects through completion. Projects to include: corporate reporting to parent company, corporate branding, consumer marketing programs, marketing for retail stores, sales channel support, trademark compliance, event planning and coordination, and budget management.
Experience in strategic business plan documentation publication, creative marketing writing, and report writing is essential. Your background should also include experience with digital photography, the preparation of customer/client presentations in PowerPoint and Photoshop, meeting/events planning, budget management, and negotiating with vendors. Experience with website/ecommerce marketing and apparel advertising is required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, can balance many projects and priorities in a high energy work environment, has strong attention to detail, works well with all levels of personnel, has a track record of working independently and can creatively problem solve.
