The TDA Group is a growing writing, design and publishing firm that specializes in the world of high tech. Our clients come from the A-list of global tech leaders:IBM, Intel, SAP and other companies of similar stature. We offer a comprehensive array of creative services including custom publishing, collateral development and website design. We specialize in creating magazines, newsletters, white papers, case studies, data sheets, corporate brochures, websites, direct mail and e-mails, and multimedia presentations for high-tech companies. We're a small-office team with global technology clients, and we need a couple great writers who can help us to grow these client relationships.
As a TDA managing writer, you will enjoy diverse projects and a working environment that features a blend of autonomy, creativity, and teamwork.
While working closely with our staff of experienced designers, you will create powerful, high-impact, high-profile projects. Some of your duties:
* You will be in charge of the work we do for several technology clients.
* The majority of your time will be spent writing. You will manage staff writers as required.
* Project and client management is also a key part of the job--accounting for perhaps 40 percent of your time. You will be in charge of making sure all the pieces come together in order to ship a magazine or deliver a collateral project. These include writing, design, layout, illustrations, ad sales, printing, and fulfillment.
* You will have responsibility for TDA”¦s relationship with your clients.
Requirements
This position is ideal for a talented senior marketing writer who loves technology and enjoys working with people. You must have a talent for writing about complex technologies and issues in a way that is concise, informative, and exciting. And seeing the words "technology" and "exciting" together in the previous sentence should not strike you as an oxymoron.
We provide a lot of consulting to our clients, so you need to have experience in high-tech marketing communications techniques/practices. We need experienced writers who can take charge and hit the ground sprinting.
