Position Overview:
Owners.com is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns for various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling messaging that convinces consumers to buy and use our products
- Manage creative agencies and freelancers to develop compelling marketing programs
- Run ongoing customer research to assess customer needs and satisfaction
- Continually monitor, test and analyze campaigns to optimize performance
- Ensure website quality standards for content, functionality and design
- Manage customer touch points (online and off-line) for consistency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years cross-marketing, direct marketing and strong knowledge of online best practices
- A combination of agency and client side experience preferred
- Strong command of direct response techniques and great hands-on tactical execution
- Consumer internet and/or real estate experience strongly preferred
- Results driven, ability to initiate and lead projects independently and as part of a small team
- Experience with test design, implementation and program evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- BA/BS required
