Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all internal communication and administrative duties for the Regional Sales Team, Director of Client Development and external Financial Consultants. The Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with outside vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and event organizers to execute marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will also provide assistance to the Marketing Manager in the areas of institutional business development and other marketing-related functions.

Duties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Regional Sales Team, Director of Client Development and external Financial Consultants.
  • Field any and all requests as it pertains to internal and external marketing/advertising.
  • Organize, coordinate and manage details relating to prospect meetings, conferences, internal and external conference calls and due diligence meetings.
  • Organize, coordinate and manage the creation of all marketing material.
  • Prepare, update, print and bind sales pitch books.
  • Organize, coordinate and manage mass mailings.
  • Assist Portfolio Managers and other professionals with various marketing-related requests.
  • Serve as the Administrator for the firm’s customer relationship management database.
  • Manage and coordinate the process of maintaining the corporate website.
  • Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager in the areas of institutional business development and other marketing-related functions.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous industry experience working for a buy side investment manager or in finance-related marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize effectively, as well as perform under pressure and multi-task.
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with ACT! a plus
  • Previous experience with Russell/Mellon and Baseline a plus
