Supports web cast administration and collateral localization projects worldwide.
Responsible for all aspects of web cast logistics and administration for Check Point worldwide:
Organize and host main web cast events for field sales, channel partners, marketing. Includes monthly Sales & Marketing updates, Technical Knowledge Updates, product announcements, special trainings.
Leverage audio equipment to produce high quality live events and On Demand modules.
Maintain master web cast calendar for events and email reminders.
Train new hosts on how to run own live meetings.
Train content owners on how to record On Demand modules.
Provide regular usage reports.
Post On Demand and replays on iii/My CP/PartnerMAP as needed.
Coordinate collateral localization and production projects:
Liaison with localization agency and worldwide field marketing.
Communicate new collateral to field marketing and CP Logistics.
Work with Logistics to ensure collateral order forms (internal and external) are up to date.
Track all localization projects in Marcom Request system; track part numbers, PRs/POs/invoices as needed.
Content management of production files between Marcom and localization agency; Marcom and Logistics.
Qualifications
Excellent project management skills.
High attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel required.
Prior experience in Marketing/Sales environment helpful.
Prior experience with Breeze a plus.
