KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Sybersay

- Created a marketing department within the company including staffing, marketing plan, budget and corporate image and messaging.

- Initiated development of collateral, advertising, web site, sales kits, exhibit and graphics, customer survey’s, public relations program, merchandising materials, trade show program and corporate videos..

- Developed packaging where none existed previously. This allowed sales to get product into the channel and begin producing revenue in volume for SyberSay. Timeframe for accomplishing this critical task was two months. This included clamshell design, graphic elements, brand positioning at a cost that was less than a dollar per unit.

- Implemented Brand Building, incorporating consistent message and look throughout all materials, which previously was non-existent. Maintained an image that became recognized worldwide. as SyberSay by resellers, distributors, media, consumers, and potential investors.

Cadence/Quickturn

- Developed new advertisement for Quickturn with a different look and feel than previous ad campaigns.

- Cut costs on advertising by placing ads without an agency and eliminating publications that didn’t capture target audience.

- Created a plan for securing speaking opportunities at conferences and tradeshows for Quickturn. Initiated contact with conference sponsors, working with product managers and executives to submit abstracts and white papers. Previous speaking engagements were non-existent or sporadic.

- Managed Cadence participation in the Demo Suites at DAC show in June of 2000. This included the layout, logistics and on site supervision of sixty demo suites, press reception area and registration area.

Ryan & Associates

- Through Marketing and Sales efforts enabled Ryan & Associates - Transportation and Logistics Division (www.ryanassocs.com) to reach sales of over $750,000 sales less than three years after it was founded and continuing to increase market share through effective customer service and ongoing marketing programs.

- Produced a series of training seminars within eight cities in time frame of two months for Netiva Software along with invitations, giveaways and additional literature.

- Proactively drove the launch of a new product. Completed production of 5 brochures and white papers. Assumed management of 9-person marketing programs team. Developed one direct mail piece and supervised the marketing requirements for Goldmine database. All this was within a five weeks for Neovista Software.

- Developed comprehensive website for Thomas Loker Consulting (TLC) Wrote and developed graphics and layout for all TLC literature. Developed, edited and wrote articles for TLC newsletter. Wrote press releases and contacted editors. Eliminated the need for outside vendors, thereby saving TLC money, by performing all aspects of marketing included public relations, graphics, copy writing, web design and database development.

- Managed all aspects for Sunnycomm to attend their first major tradeshow and introduce their products. Initiated development of a 20’ x 20’ exhibit, developed graphics, and managed all logistics. Accomplished in less than three months. Planned and managed public relations activities and product introduction.

Vitalink Communication Corporation

- Initiated development of a Vitalink User Group (VUE). Planned and managed bi-annual meetings, which took place at various locations throughout the United States. Planned entertainment venue. Hotel negotiation and travel arrangements. Worked with officers to develop presentation materials and agenda.
