We are looking for a Marketing Associate with lots of initiative and a team player mentality. This role is a great opportunity for the right individual.

Essential Duties/Tasks

Marketing
• Develop and manage company’s internal/external conferences/events, bi-monthly Board meetings and quarterly advisory board meetings.
• Creative and tactical contributor for online marketing and direct mail campaign development, in addition to the collaborative development of marketing collateral and presentations for the Board of Directors, Advisory Boards, Investors and Sales Team.
• Manage the public relations effort including the development and distribution of public announcements, the management of the news release pipeline, and all media correspondence.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of content and brand standards for the corporate website.
• Manage the purchase, design and offsite vendor relationships for branded/co-branded promotional items.

Sales
• Salesforce.com manager requiring the maintenance and development of customer/prospective client database for Marketing outreach communications, Sales pipeline management and internal reporting. Educate Sales team on current/upcoming functionality and develop and maintain usage standards.
• Support Sales with high-level communications and lead generation for prospective customers to increase product uptake.

Office Management
• Support executive team (CEO, President, SVP Product Development) with communications and daily corporate needs and additional projects.
Manage office projects and administration. Order suppllies, direct facilities, etc.

Technical knowledge
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must have professional writing and marketing communications experience.
• Must have demonstrated ability to write quickly and effectively.
• Must have the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written skills are required.
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
