My partner and I have a small technology company and we've developed a new technology. We need market research to help raise capital to keep development moving forward.
We need SOLID research on two markets: pay-per-view and in-home tutoring.
For instance, what is PPV used for primarily today, where is it headed, how much money is generated by Comcast, Dish, TimeWarner, etc, for each major PPV segment, what have WSJ and Wall Street analysts written about where PPV is headed, what impact is iTunes having in terms of downloadable movies/videos, etc, etc? There needs to be enough substance to fill 10-15 PowerPoint slides and create a reasonably good P&L spreadsheet based on the data.
This seems perfect for a university student who's already in a relevant area of study and who would like to make some extra money helping us with this research.
We're not sure what this work is worth, but we're flexible. It's important that we get the results we need and we know it'll take time and effort.
