Delta Boat Works is looking for an experienced marine repair specialist. Must have experience in general boat yard operations including hauling/launching boats, sanding and painting bottoms, and maintaining yard equipment. Experience in travel-lift operations is a plus. Additional carpentry and/or fiberglass repair skills for hull, deck, and cabin repairs would also be beneficial. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must also be a self-starter who can efficiently provide a quality service to our boating customers. Position has potential to grow into yard management responsibilities.
