- 5 years QA experience, with at least 2 years doing web testing
- Mac and Windows experience preferred
Candidate must be willing to put in a lot of hours to test all the corners of a new web-based software database for archiving scientific data manually and with batch uploads, evaluating queries, and interactions among different parts of the app. We are looking for Manual QA testers for a web-based application for full time work. Attention to detail, documentation, ability to follow a QA testing plan, access to PC/MAC, strong work ethic, honesty, pleasantness w/ people, and ability to meet in person 2x week are key. Understanding of chemistry, biology, and science is a real plus, but not required. It is an interesting project involving research data on developing world disease - but essentially it is a web-based social networking app that anyone can point and click to use. We are open to both experienced manual QA testers - ideally with some knowledge or familiarity with the process who work very hard. Email CV and hourls available and hourly/monthly rate too.
