Moose's Restaurant on North Beach's Washington Square is in search of a qualified candidate who will run our wine program while managing the floor in the dining room. You must have great knowledge of wines and be willing to take full ownership of the list to craft it in a way that will meet the needs of our guests and compliment our cuisine. As a floor manager you will connect with our guests to ensure satisfaction of their dining experience while consulting them on the wine list. You will support the floor staff to ensure proper service standards are met. Additionally, we would want this candidate to develop a training schedule for the service staff on wines. Must have a minimum of 3 years management experience plus a working knowledge of wines.
