Position
We are hiring immediately a capable and motivated inside sales support representative to work with the large number of sales leads we generate. We carry a wide range of products, suitable for nearly any business telecommunication requirement. This is a great opportunity to learn the latest technologies, contribute to a highly customer-oriented organization, and make a six-figure income.
In this position you will frequently interact with business owners and CEOs. You must have the ability to listen and understand customer needs, treat customers with respect and consideration, provide sufficient and objective information in a timely manner, diligently follow up, and close the sale. Responsibilities

Telephone and email follow up of provided sales leads

Cold call prospective customers in assigned areas

Provide customers the information they require to make decisions

Close sales

Effectively utilize company CRM system to prioritize and track activities

Provide weekly reports
Required Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience
-
Minimum of one year of technology hardware sales experience, preferably in telecommunications industry
Required Skills

Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure

Excellent telephone and face-to-face selling and presentation skills

Outstanding judgment and account management skills

Good interpersonal skills; ability to work well with engineers, ops, management… good team player

Good organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage leads, and provide management reports

Strong affinity for learning new technologies/technology products in detail

Ability to carefully listen and quickly understand customer requirements and constraints, present a fitting solution, and close
