We are seeking a full-time manager for our 6 year new, family owned, facility. Responsible for all aspects of operations including:
Completion of rental contracts, collection of rents, lien process and light maintenance;
Supervision of assistant and interaction with owners while promoting a team approach;
Providing the highest level of customer service and cleanliness of facility.
Qualifications Include:
Enthusiasm and superb customer service and marketing skills;
Organized self-starter;
Works well with owners, staff and customers;
Career minded, professional appearance and conduct, honest, ethical and reliable;
Attention to detail and meticulous with systems and paperwork;
Property management or self storage experience a plus;
Minimum high school diploma and college preferred.
