From the practice studio to the stage, BandWorks gives aspiring musicians of all ages and abilities the skills to play in a rock band—and make new friends in the process. In our fun and supportive workshops, BandWorks’ professional musician-instructors organize students into bands and share with them the tricks of the rock ’n’ roll trade. After a few weeks of rehearsing their favorite songs in a fully equipped studio, our student bands take the stage to perform live at a local venue.
Registration is now open for our next Session in locations throughout the Bay Area, including San Francisco, San Rafael, Oakland, Dublin & Concord. We accept vocalists, and people who play guitar, drums, bass, keyboard, sax, horns and anyone else who wants to rock.
