Job Description:
Under the direction of the Property Manager the Maintenance Technician-Advanced performs Turnovers and responds to service calls/completes repairs. Qualified candidates may also paint units to prepare them for rent, as well as assisting with supervising the Porter and Vendors with the Community Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
* 2-3 Years related work experience in Residential Apartment Maintenance
* Experience Completing Apartment Turns
* Criminal Background Check Required
