Mission Statement
Since our opening in Summer 2004, One Taste Urban Retreat Center (SF Weekly’s Best in SF) has been a place for people to come to have their bodies be a pleasurable place to be. Our initial goal accomplished through our growing yoga, meditation, workshop, and massage programs, we have created a written forum for readers to find additional resources that provide nourishment to their whole system.
What is ONE TASTE Magazine?
In this time, when the boundaries between belief systems are getting more and more blurred, we are moving towards knowing each other from the inside of each other’s experiences. As a magazine dedicated to looking at new and integral practical philosophies, it seems fitting that from this it would arise a place that can meet everyone’s needs in one issue. Just as we are looking to have all parts of our selves awaken, we are looking to have one location where all parts can be explored. We are akin to a youth hostile for people on their spiritual journey.
