Villa Fairmont in San Leandro, CA one of Telecareˇ¦s larger programs is a 99-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center. The facility serves adults who have a history of serious and persistent mental illness. Villaˇ¦s major service goals are symptom stabilization, engagement in recovery, and return to the community.
„« Villa currently has multiple opportunities for LVNs and LPTs who have one (1) year of psychiatric nursing, an LVN/LPT license and current CPR certification. They should be caring & passionate and want to work in a multi cultural environment as an integral part of a multi disciplinary team.
Villa nurses help clients in their journey towards recovery by
„« Providing for the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications)
„« Provide documentation of response to treatment
„« Communicates clinical changes to the rest of the treatment team
„« Actively engaging clients in therapeutic interactions and client education such as medication management.
Full Time, Part Time and All Shifts available.
