We are extremely picky on who we will hire based on the fact that one of our senior counselors will train you for six months to get you up and running. We offer a starting salary that increases throughout your first year, with full benefits and matching 401K. No straight commission silliness. We look at our entry-level people like mutual funds, we need to invest in them if we hope to see them develop, mature, and pay off.
