A Northeast Professional Society is coming to SF for a 10 day convention in mid April. We are looking for Technical Support help to staff our Internet Access area as a help desk attendent to answer questions regarding Internet access and helping attendees connect their notebooks to the wireless network in the convention center. Candidates will need to have great customer service skills and strong with Windows OS, peer-to-peer, IP and wireless networking. Project duration is from April 14-21 in the neighborhood of 50-60 total hours.
