Objective

Network Administrator

Maintain the health and integrity of all servers and workstations on the network for efficient

Update all operating systems with custom and third party software as made available for servers and individual workstations

Administer financial software updates, back-ups, and upgrades to ensure stability and data

Work with CPA to ensure all information contained within Quickbooks is up to date and accurate,
ensuring Federal, State, Local and Corporate Taxes are filed in a timely manner for quarterly and
year end closes
Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements

Payroll

Calculate hours, commissions and bonuses to process paychecks through ADP online for
employees and independent contractors
Keep up to date all employee status, tax withholdings in addition to setting up new hires/
terminations and direct deposits through ADP
Process Federal and State payroll taxes and forms

Human Resources

Initialize and maintain I-9 and W-4 paperwork
Maintain all personnel information to ensure accurate and complete company records
Process all employee benefits administration
Manage workers compensation claims and issues
