San Jose based start-up development company is seeking an individual that can design, develop and implement Microsoft applications. Responsibilities include working closely with management, customer service, and marketing to develop solutions to support the company’s product. The ideal candidate will be a bright, energetic, highly motivated individual with full lifecycle experience developing internet-based Microsoft SQL database driven applications. Applicants should also thrive in a team environment; have good interpersonal skills and strong documentation skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with current staff to:
Design and analysis of mission critical applications for our product
Develop applications using the latest Microsoft technologies (.NET, MSSQL, IIS)
Design and implement database tables, queries, and stored procedures
Document enhancements and modifications to the existing application
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
At least 3 years of experience in Development with Microsoft development tools (Internet): ASP, HTML, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft C# or VB and Java, IIS
Software/Hardware: Windows 2000/XP/2003, MS Access, Microsoft SQL 2000, IIS
Plus if applicant has additional experience in:
XML, PHP, MySQL, Graphic Design, Javascripting

Ownership Equity with the company, leading to at potential full time position once the company is either funded or making revenue after our official release this month.
