Currently based in Hayward, California, JQAC has developed into a fast growing business with customers in over 15 countries. With a US product base and a team of professionals we supply governments, oil and gas companies, hospitals and private companies in all parts of the world. We are dedicated to continue our growth by expanding both our product and customer base.
Right now we are offering an opportunity for a customer service professional to join our team and support our industrial customers. Your activities will include but are not limited too:
· Receive and process request for quotations from customers.
· Find products, communicates with vendors on specifications, pricing and availability. Use of Internet, telephone registries and other information sources.
· Negotiate with vendor to obtain best pricing and lead times.
· Create quotations based on gathered information.
· Receive and process purchase orders from customers. Create sales orders.
· Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.
· Maintain open communication with customer and vendor at all stages.
· Answers phone calls and e-mails from customers and vendors.
· Follow company procedures and guidelines.
· Assist in preparation for reverse auctions and tenders for larger projects.
The person we are looking for is organized, motivated reliable. Well-developed communication skills, a background in customer service and good computer skills are all part of your package.
