I am planning to purchase a neighborhood fast food restaurant. Considering I have a degree in Business administration with a focus in Hotel and Restaurant management, but I don't feel 100% confident with my amatuer level of culinary skills to have my business depened on it.
Ask me how to do a revenue projections, profit and loss statement, and calculate food and labor costs, I can do with ease. I am looking to hire intially a chef consultant to help me in getting the business on track, including but not limited to setting up discounted prices with vendors, suppliers and standarizing the recipes, and training the kitchen staff to perform the basic cooking skills. The business plan is based on a fast casual burger joint; gourmet burgers at fast food prices. I ask you to be currently in the restaurant business, CCA or CIA grad preferred, experiences with opening restaurants, and or consulted in the past, and have a passion for food and the restaurant business. References available upon request. First 3 months as the opening phase, and by the 4 month the business should be able to self operate and sustain with a flow through of 20%-25%.The position will be offered a kitchen manager position or the opportunity to invest.
