If you know, love and stay on top of local arts & culture, dining, entertainment, accommodations, shops, events, venues -- and are a strong writer who can weave details and fun, creative language into 50- to 150-word descriptions -- here's a unique opportunity for you.
Soon-to-be-published national online men's lifestyle magazine seeks talented writers to cover San Francisco, LA, San Diego, New York, Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Antonio, Dallas, Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Seattle, Boston and Washington, DC).
Candidates with an eye for details, a hand on the local pulse and the ability to write in a compelling, sophisticated style will thrive in this work. Pay is $5-$20 per description (paid via PayPal) and an "About the Author" bio with accompanying Web/email link). This is a great opportunity for writers to break in on the ground floor and gain good exposure with the possibility of becoming regular contributors and growing with us (and earning more as we become established and grow).
Though not required, photography experience and possession of a digital camera is a big plus.
