Responsibilities:

1 Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance companies and vendors
2 Prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery, mail/Fed/Ex and filing
3 File court pleadings including by fax or e-mail
4 Answer telephone

Qualifications

1 Knowledge of litigation, court rules and procedures
2 Work independently efficiently and effectively
3 Excellent typing and computer skills
4 Excellent speaking and writing skills to work with clients, insurance companies, attorneys and vendors in a cordial, persuasive and efficient manner
5 Proficient in Word Perfect, Word and Legal Solutions
6 Proficient at preparing and filing court documents and ordering records
7 Work with supervision or without supervision in a competent and effective manner
8 Professional appearance and demeanor
9 Friendly and cooperative manner
10 Punctual

Spanish speaking a plus
Compensation: Determined by experience
Hours: Part-time: 3 days a week: 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
