Our San Francisco office is currently seeking a Legal Assistant for our Corporate practice group.
We are seeking professional candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in secured lending to finance mergers and acquisitions, including performing, reviewing and summarizing lien searches, preparing corporate resolutions, preparing credit agreement schedules, working with banks on due diligence, obtaining certificates of good standing, and preparing UCC financing statements and collateral statements. Ideal candidates will have strong computer abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Travel and overtime may be required.
