Property Management company looking for a full or part-time Leasing Consultant. Duties to include general office work, leasing, rent collection, computer input, all other property management duties, and showing of apartments and homes in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton and Sunnyvale.
Job location is Palo Alto.
Required skills:
- Property Management experience required. DO NOT RESPOND WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.
- Must be responsible, organized, detail-oriented and self motivated.
- Must have outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have your own vehicle and auto insurance.
- Knowledge of office systems and basic bookkeeping skills.
- Experience with Yardi Systems a plus.
This is a full-time or part-time position starting at $15.00 per hour.
