Duties include greeting guests, showing apartments to prospective residents and processing lease applications. You will earn a great base pay PLUS commissions on every apartment you rent! Excellent benefits include 401(k), 3 weeks Paid Time Off, full medical, dental and vision insurance and MORE!
Qualified candidates should have previous leasing experience, a service attitude and great communication skills; Yardi and basic PC skills (MS Word and Excel) a plus!

General Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed telephone presentation to potential residents with the purpose of setting an appointment to show the community.
• Provide tours of apartment and community to potential residents for purpose of leasing
apartments.
• Keep accurate records of both phone and walk-in traffic utilizing approved phone logs and marketing cards.
• Enter all traffic in computer daily.
• Conduct comparative surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing.
• Conduct outreach marketing as needed.
• Prepare leases for qualified potential residents.
• Complete reports as instructed by Assistant Manager or Property Manager.
• Prepare daily move-in paperwork and key assignments for residents.
• Assist residents with questions, maintenance requests payment of rent or other requests on daily basis.
• Schedule resident move-ins.
• Comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
