Leasing Consultant
Job Description: TThe Leasing Agent under the supervision of the Property Manager, is responsible for leasing and pre-leasing apartments. The agent will also review applications and prepare lease paperwork. Excellent customer service and sales skills are extremely important!
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
At least six months experience working in Property Management & Criminal Background Check required.
The following skills are preferred:
• Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail, and Internet
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Experience with AMSI, YARDI and/or Rent Roll software a plus
