Leasing Agents
Description: The Leasing Agentunder the supervision of the Property Manager, is responsible for providing information on available units, leasing and pre-leasing apartments, and conducting unit tours.
The Agent will also review applications, prepare lease paperwork, review the lease of existing residents and assist in coordinating resident activities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
At least 6 Months working in Residential Property Management required, and the following skills are expected:
• Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail, and Internet
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Experience with AMSI, YARDI and/or Rent Roll software a plus
• Criminal background check required
