Your tenant is improving his credit while he rents from you. He or She puts down $3,000 to $5,000 cash, in a non-refundable deposit to you, plus first month's rent. In 18 months the renter buys the house from you for $30,000 more than you paid for it. You get positive cash flow per month while you are waiting to sell it. House is 100% financed with good credit.
