I. SUMMARY:
The Lead Engineer and Manager of CRM Systems has management responsibility for the development and implementation Resource CRM and ComAdvisor systems. This will include management and implementation of new versions of the software, ensuring timely and accurate data imports from carriers, and leading system integration with Intelisys RPM system and CRM.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Includes the following.
1. Manages Agent implementation on agent version of CRM
2. Manages version upgrades
3. Manages data imports from carriers into CRM and Commadvisor
4. Lead on systems integration for RPM into CRM
5. Lead on complete CRM “dashboard” integration
6. Manages Agent integration and training for Resource CRM
7. Manages Web Portal for CRM and Resource Comm
8. Projectizes each Agent occurence
9. Manages Customer integration of COMMADVISOR
10. Manages Inventory and Contracts in CRM for Enterprise Customers
11. Manges CommAdvisor as lead for large accounts – beginning and new customers coming on
12. Manages engineering group at Cerylion
13. Full integration with Cerylion – automated
14. Integration of Intelisys systems with all Resource reporting
15. Projectizes each customer occurence
Supervisory Responsibilities: SQL/Software Programmer
Key Working Relationships: Carriers, Agents, Vendors, Co-Founders, Executive Team, other Colleagues
III. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
1. 4 Year college degree in Computer Science, or related subject
2. 5-7 years experience in development and implementation of web based database systems
3. Extensive, hands on knowledge of Microsoft software products including SQL, MYSQL, PROJECT, some .NET, XML, EXCHANGE
4. Experience using ASP, Pearl, some MAC OS, UNIX based servers,, HTML, and PHP
5. Management experience required
6. Project Management experience required
7. Telecom Knowledge required
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
