These drives were/are mounted inside external USB enclosures, and were lightly used (powered on maybe a dozen times over one (for the 60GB) to two (for the 6GB) years) as individual system backup drives.
Prices below are for the naked drives - will sell inside a hispeed, external, USB 2.0 enclosure (powered from the USB bus - only one cable does data+power) for an additional $15 if desired.
All drives pass full surface scans, no bad sectors, and I will guarantee them (money back) for 24 hrs for you to take it home and do your own scans and tests. (Yes, I will write down the serial number on the drive first, to prevent you from trying to swap it with a bad one and return that).
There is nothing wrong with these drives, they just never got used for personal backups, and we now have a big NAS network drive to do our backups. I'd like to get some money back out of them.
