We have been designing and installing custom residential landscapes, including; hardscape, softscape, pools, ponds, and lighting in the East Bay for over 15 years. Our primary client base is in the Lamorinda area but we also work in Walnut Creek and Alamo.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman. This is a fulltime, year-round position.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
2 or more years experience as a Landscape Foreman
Skilled in: Irrigation Installation & Troubleshooting, Planting, Rock Wall Construction
Knowledge of Carpentry, Concrete, Masonry, Lighting and Pond installation a plus
Ability to read Landscape Plans
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
Positive & Motivated Team Leader
Valid CA Drivers License & Clean DMV Record Required
FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise field crews
Assist with training and hiring
Ensure jobs stay on schedule and communicate any delays to manager
Ensure all necessary tools and materials are on the job when needed
Track employee hours and job costs/materials
Maintain crews equipment
Communicate crew or client issues to management
Ensure all worker safety issues are being met on the job site
Oversee projects from start to completion of final client punch list & cleanup
