Projects Foreman – Field Supervisor
Requirements: Candidate must have a solid background in Construction, know basic construction skills and use of basic tools. (Grading, carpentry, concrete, minor electrical. Use of: (Builders transit / laser level, carpentry tools, common hand tools, copper pipe sweating, concrete mixes and understand concrete mix formulations) Some Irrigation and plant knowledge would be helpful as would basic spanish. We will only seriously consider someone with a min. of 5 years commercial construction work experience involving some management. You must have a good driving record as we need a DMV printout for driving.
This position REQUIRES (1) Construction knowledge (2) Organization and forethought (3) Good attitude and ability to complete projects on time.
Responsibilities: Allocation in advance of crew, equipment and materials needed. Some scheduling of projects, interfacing with clients and supervision. Occasional use of Bobcat skid steer, trencher, dump truck.
