Position
Dublin San Ramon Services District, a special services district located in the San Francisco East Bay is seeking (1) regular, full-time Laboratory Technician. Incumbent must be a motivated team oriented individual.
This is a journey level position. Incumbents perform a variety of standard, routine sanitary tests and chemical analyses of water, wastewater, effluents, and industrial waste; and assist professional staff in the operation of a testing laboratory. The regular work schedule for this position will require weekend work.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an environmental lab and enjoys working in a team environment.

Training and Experience Requirements
• One year of experience in an environmental laboratory, wastewater treatment plant laboratory, industrial waste inspection, and/or closely related field; and
• Equivalent to graduation from an accredited high school and four semesters of college coursework in chemistry; AA degree preferred.
• An additional two years of related education may substitute for one year of experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License
