Kitchen Manager/Banquet Chef for Hotel Nikko San Francisco.

Description and requirements:
Must have 3 years exp as Banquet Chef in hotel with high volume banquet dept. This facility contains 20,000 sq ft of mtg space. Must be creative and able to demonstrate high quality food presentation; some experience with Asian cuisine preferred. Must posses leadership skills, be detail oriented and organized, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be flexible in work hours and available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
