Hey There! We are an Angel Funded Startup preparing to scale and launch a great new
storage & search product that has not been done before (1 yr in RxD). The design team hails from
Yahoo/Inktomi, Netscape, Macromedia/Adobe & Microsoft.
The product solves serious everyday consumer problems and we have an AMAZING User Interface team because we believe the system should be insanely simple.
We are looking for members who want to become a part of the Co-Founding team. We believe that to
truly rock our product, we should share the equity with the dev team delivering the product to market,
so that means YOU!
The people at our company are very experienced delivering some of the most popular applications on the Internet. We are a very fun, vibrant team that's easy to get along with. We are all passionate about building products that solve every day problems, which is why we are here.
We are looking for developers with the following levels of experience levels:
A) DEV LEAD -- at least five years of experience building and shipping Internet Systems and Web Applications. Coding Experience should include:
- Designing and architecting systems using Java, Servelts, JDBC
- Database Driven Apps -- we're using MySQL
- XML (XSL, RDF a plus)
-Linux
-Bonus: background developing scalable online services for distributed systems, clustering, scaling, terrabytes of data.
B) SOFTWARE ENGINEER - you have professional software development experience, shipped a product before, but perhaps have only 1-2 years of professional experience. You should have experience writing Java programs, Database driven apps, and a good understanding of Linux.
C) (FRESHMAN) SOFTWARE ENGINEER -- You may still be in school. Perhaps you have had an internship at a software company before. Experience programming Java, Database Applications, and MySQL/Linux very important.
D) AJAX FRONT END WEB GUI DEVELOPER
+2 years of professional web development skills with a clear understanding of how to develop
cross-browser applications using the latest AJAX tools. XML, Javascript, DHTML, CSS required.
Able to work with Database Apps and Java is a bonus.
