See the documentary Variety calls, "exceptional" and the Los Angeles Times called one of the best at the Sundance and Slamdance Film Festivals this year. Winner of the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the Slamdance Film Festival, "ABDUCTION The Megumi Yokota Story" is an emotional, moving film about a 13-year-old Japanese girl abducted by North Korean spies. For 20 years, her parents had no idea what happened to her until the whole world learned the shocking truth. Executive Producer is Jane Campion, Oscar-winning director of THE PIANO. ABDUCTION will play at the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival. The directors will be in attendance for a Q&A afterwards.
