Hello. I am a DC-based freelance web developer who's looking for additional telecommuting work. I am a jack of all trades who possesses many useful capabilities, including excellent research, writing, and technical skills. In particular, here's what I have to offer you:
* A B.S. in Economics with minors in Marketing and International Affairs (graduated with Highest Honors).
* Six years' federal government experience researching, writing, and briefing short- and long-term financial and other products.
* Six years' supervisory and programming experience in web application development, including full lifecycle process managerial and technical duties.
* Four years’ experience in retail/sales/marketing.
* Strong financial, analytical, and technical backgrounds.
* Excellent computer and typing skills.
* Solid proficiency in database, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software.
* Mortgage loan origination training.
* Knowledge of the MRIS system/MLS listings.
* Familiarity with ARGUS software.
* Perfect credit scores.
* A professional and determined work ethic.
* The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Strong communicative skills.
* Superior time management capabilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A passion for real estate.
* All equipment necessary for working from home, including a portable laptop, valid email address, phone, fax machine, and broadband connection.
I can write, type, input, research, and analyze data. I also -- using ColdFusion, SQL Server, and JavaScript -- can program just about any web application, including intranets/extranets, content management systems, calendars, shopping carts, and real-time credit card transactions. I have been freelancing and telecommuting for several years now and can most certainly be trusted with working by myself and getting the job done right and on time. I am excellent at setting milestones, meeting them, and communicating results and statuses to my teammates. And since I work just about every day, time zones, nights, and weekends pose no problem for me.
Although I am available for meetings, I prefer to do the bulk of my work from home. If you feel I may be of service to your company, please email me. I look forward to learning more about your needs and how I may fulfill them. Thank you and have a great day.
p.s. Please, no pyramid, MLM, get-rich-quick, or only-xxx-dollars-to-get-you-started schemes. I am interested in good, honest work.
