Job Description
LogicEase Solutions is seeking IT Technician candidates to provide day-to-day end-user support and Windows/Linux server administration/maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
Candidate will resolve tickets issues.
Candidate will provide new user training.
Candidate will perform upgrades to software/hardware.
Candidate will respond to email and telephone requests.
Candidate will support remote offsite users.
Candidate will rotate backup tapes.
Candidate will setup new workstations.
Candidate will perform pilot projects.
Candidate will be assigned other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Required Technical Skills: Knowledge in Windows and Linux operating systems and x86 architecture. Networking knowledge is a plus.
High School Diploma.
1-2 years working experience in IT related fields.
Ability to work in multiple projects concurrently and to prioritize tasks.
Must be able to stay focus in pressure conditions and adapt to changes quickly.
Strong problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Able to work with team as well as working independently with minimal help.
Strong communication and written skills.
