Demonstrated skills in analyzing and re-engineering web based customer satisfaction reports for 3000 business clients from MS Access printed reports to SQL 2000 data warehouse development an ASP solution. Developed detailed design documents for Data Access Layer, files and reporting components. Utilized VB. for developing core business logic into COM objects, used ASP as glue and Javascript for client side validation. All developed code scaled well on multiple web servers with many simultaneous users. Developed XML export routines for updating Earthlink's PSP. Mentored developers on VB. Designed and developed thin client applications with ASP. Projects included Automated Servicing Transfer (AST), Career listings, Career Admin and Sales Admin Tool. The above applications used a combination of JavaScript, Vbscript and Oracle / MS Access databases. The Sales Admin tool used DAFweb and NTFS for securing demo folders on Tuttle.com. This allowed mapping one NT account to many DafWeb accounts. Worked with Marketing to develop a new look and feel around the company logo for www.tuttle.com. Configured and maintained corporate, backup, stage and Intranet web production servers in the public internet domain. Developed project plans throughout the year for the web team, provided training. Created business requirements documentation, provided user training and support. Used Visual Basic to develop a Purchase Order system, a Dunn & Bradstreet middle ware program, letter processing via OLE automation and creating GUI front ends to 3270 mainframe screens. Aiding in the development of on-line manuals and debugging existing software. Developed printer drivers for a national clipper application. Used MS Access to extract data for use in Windows and DOS help files. Assisted endusers with hardware and software problems. Developed Support Analyst, a multi user call tracking system. The program was developed in Visual Basic and ran on a Novell Network. The systems primary functions included search wizard for data retrieval, call logging and weekly reports.

Solving end user hardware and software problems. Writing script files and configuring modems to work with Kermit. Remote technical support with Carbon Copy.
