Are you ready to kick it up a notch?
The Intermediate Manners program is designed for dogs that are ready work the basics in much harder situations. This course is for those wanting to further strengthen their relationship and communication with their dog and help their dog take the skills they learned in Basic Manners to the next level by practicing all the behaviors in the real world. You will also do some prep exercises for off leash work. Your dog will learn behaviors such as:
* sit, down and stand from a distance and with real life distractions
* long sit and down stays
* "come" in the real world
* front
* finish
* basic heeling
* go to their place/bed
* leave things alone while out for a walk
* polite greetings
* some fun tricks
The Intermediate Manners class is offered by Just Rewards and is available in Redwood City and Los Gatos.
>>>Redwood City class begins on Saturday 3/18/06. Class time is 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (Location - Pet Food Express store on Woodside Rd.)
>>>Los Gatos class begins on Wednesday 4/5/06. Class time is 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Location - Pet Food Express store on Los Gatos Blvd.)
The class is 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. Discounts offered for dogs adopted from a shelter/rescue or that are spayed/neutered.
